Terry Chicoine
Terry Chicoine B. Ed.
Terry Chicoine has been involved in emergency management for more than 18 years. In 1987, after being a teacher for 15 years, she got involved in helping in aftermath of the 1987 Edmonton Tornado. Since that time she has worked in 6 major Canadian Disasters for the Canadian Red Cross, 6 major disasters for the American Red Cross and over 800 responses to local emergencies.
From 1996 - 2004, Terry worked as the Disaster Services Coordinator for the Central and Northern Alberta Region of the Canadian Red Cross.
For more than 10 years, Terry has been training staff and volunteers of municipal and community organizations.
